Job summary

Total Quality Logistics in Tigard, OR is seeking a Recruiting professional to own the candidate search from sourcing to offer, in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. This is an in-office, on-site role with best-in-class paid training for new graduates.

You will build relationships with candidates and hiring managers, generate high-volume pipelines, and guide candidates through interviews and onboarding, with uncapped bonuses and clear promotion opportunities.

• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in Avature.
• Process onboarding paperwork with a high level of accuracy.

What you’ll do:

• Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, while ensuring candidates’ initial onboarding experience is seamless
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
• Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy
