Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is hiring an on-site Recruiter in Irving, TX. You will own the candidate search process end-to-end, working with the on-site hiring manager to fill roles with top talent.

No experience is required; TQL provides best-in-class paid training. Expect a base salary starting at $45,000 with an opportunity for uncapped bonuses and rapid promotion potential. This role is 100% in-office at our Irving location.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and maintain communication with candidates, hiring managers, and team members to fill positions with top talent.
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone-screen interviews and manage the interview process from sourcing to offer.
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in the applicant tracking system.
• Process onboarding paperwork with a high level of accuracy.

What you’ll do:

• Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, while ensuring candidates’ initial onboarding experience is seamless
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
• Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy
