Total Quality Logistics is seeking an in-office recruiter to join our Fort Worth team. You will own the candidate search process end-to-end, working with a dedicated on-site hiring manager in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

No prior experience is required; we offer best-in-class paid training and clear paths for advancement. Base salary starts at $45,000 with uncapped bonuses and a first-year average earnings around $65,517.

• Cultivate relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and partners to fill roles with top talent.
• Generate high-volume candidate flow via multiple sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone screens and manage interviewing from sourcing to offer.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
• Document conversations, progress, offers and feedback in Avature.
• Process onboarding paperwork with high accuracy.

What you’ll do:

• Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, while ensuring candidates’ initial onboarding experience is seamless
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
• Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy
