Total Quality Logistics in Austin, TX is seeking a Recruiter to own the candidate search process nationwide, partnering with an on-site hiring manager and driving results through our best-in-class paid training program for recent graduates. You will manage sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

You’ll receive a starting base salary of $45,000, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, uncapped bonuses, and a structured career path with promotional raises.

• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in the Applicant Tracking System (Avature).
• Process onboarding and dispositioning paperwork with high accuracy.
