Total Quality Logistics (TQL) seeks an on-site recruiter in Charleston to manage end-to-end recruitment. You will source, screen, and present top sales talent nationwide, coordinating with the hiring manager and team to move candidates through the interview process efficiently.

We offer a best-in-class paid training program, a base salary starting at $45,000 plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus, and uncapped bonuses. First-year earnings average around $65,517 with promotions possible after six months.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

• Generate high volume candidate flow using multiple sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone screens and manage interview process from sourcing to offer.

• Handle onboarding paperwork with accuracy.

What you’ll do:

• Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, while ensuring candidates’ initial onboarding experience is seamless
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
• Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy

What you need:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
