Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a remote Recruiter to join our fast-growing team. You’ll connect with candidates, host virtual sessions, and guide them through the hiring process from your laptop.

We offer training at $15/hr for 1–2 weeks, then $17.50–$20/hr with weekly bonuses ($1,000–$3,000+). 100% remote, flexible schedule, and weekend work occasionally; travel quarterly.
