Job summary

gpac LLC. is seeking entry-level recruiters for fully remote roles. The position is commission-based with potential to earn 30-75% of production. No prior recruiting experience is required as comprehensive training and resources are provided.

Base salary starts at $35,568 annually, with uncapped commissions ranging from $40k to $500k+ per year. gpac offers benefits after waiting period and a pathway to health, dental, vision, and 401k plans.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong data basing and technological skills.
• Business Development, Client Relationship, Marketing or Sales background preferred.
• Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
• Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
• Effective negotiation skills.
• A degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s).
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
• Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.

Base salary for the Entry-Level Recruiter begins $35,568 annually (paid $1,482.00 twice monthly). In addition, you would be eligible to earn commissions, which can range from $40k to $500k+ annually. Commissions are not capped. After the appropriate waiting period, you’d be eligible to participate in gpac benefits, including: health, dental, vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and 401k plan
