Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) in Maumee, OH is hiring a Recruiter for the on-site team. No experience is required; we offer a best-in-class paid training program and a fast-paced, award-winning culture at an industry leader with 9,000+ employees.

You’ll own the candidate search, screen and manage interviews through offer, coordinate with the hiring manager, and document progress in Avature. Base salary starts at $45,000 with uncapped bonuses and clear promotion paths, in-office only.

• Cultivate relationships with candidates and hiring managers to fill positions with top talent.

• Conduct phone screens and manage the interview process from sourcing to offer.
• Document conversations, progress, offers, and feedback in Avature.
• Process onboarding paperwork with accuracy.

What you’ll do:

• Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, while ensuring candidates’ initial onboarding experience is seamless
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
• Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy
