Job description

TW Services is a third-party unloading service company, supplying food and other retail distribution centers across the nation. TW is rapidly growing, and so is the recruiting team!

Hours :
  • Monday - Friday
  • 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
Compensation :

Starting at $17 per hour

Responsibilities :
  1. Coordinate with management teams across multiple locations for the full cycle staffing process.
  2. Maintain open communication with managers regarding staffing needs.
  3. Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule or conduct face-to-face interviews/testings with candidates and managers.
  4. Perform reference checks and review results with hiring managers.
  5. Reschedule interviews as needed to ensure a fast hiring process.
  6. Utilize various resources such as job boards, social media, referrals, and job fairs to source candidates.
  7. Maintain a pipeline of current and potential candidates for future openings.
  8. Research new sourcing methods and stay informed about employment legislation.
  9. Assist in tracking and analyzing hiring metrics.
  10. Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
