Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Record Center Specialist 1 for our client in West Warwick, RI, a leader in document management and storage solutions. This entry-level role supports the operations team in handling and processing storage materials.

You will lift and move boxes, operate hand trucks and pallet jacks, track items in proprietary systems, and maintain a clean, organized workspace to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 0 years of experience in a physical or warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes regularly without assistance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand, kneel, squat, and reach for extended periods.
• Good reading and writing skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and move boxes of files, books, binders, backup tapes, and other materials.
• Manually lift, carry, and load boxes ranging from 10 to over 100 lbs.
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Ensure accurate tracking and labeling of storage items using proprietary systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to support efficient operations.
