Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for potential clients.
- Attend training sessions to enhance real estate knowledge and skills.
- Follow up on leads until appointments are scheduled with either a listing or buyer’s agent.
- Communicate regularly with homebuyers via phone calls and emails to maintain relationships and ensure brand recall.
- Produce monthly and quarterly sales reports to track team progress toward company goals.
- Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and successfully convert them into new clients.
- Utilize CRM system to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information for agents.
- Schedule appointments and conduct them efficiently.
Qualifications:
- To be considered for this position as an Entry Level Real Estate Sales Agent you must possess a valid Real Estate License or are in the process of getting one.
- Prior experience in sales is required for this role.
- Strong communication skills are essential for effective client interactions.
- The role offers commission opportunities as part of the compensation package.
- Additionally, having a valid Driver's License is a mandatory requirement.
Compensation:
$125,500+ at plan commission.
