Entry Level Real Estate Sales Agent

We’re looking for a newly licensed real estate agent to join and learn from our top-performing real estate team with proven sales. You’ll be responsible for learning lead generation, prospecting, converting pre-qualified leads into new clients, and following up with existing customers to ensure they buy their next home with us. Responsibilities:
  1. Lead generation
  2. Attend trainings
  3. Conduct lead follow-up until appointments are set with either a listing or buyer’s agent
  4. Maintain relationships with homebuyers through phone calls, email, etc. to make sure they remember our business when they are ready to buy a home again
  5. Evaluate the team’s progress toward company goals by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports
  6. Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients
  7. Use CRM to compile current information for all customers, ensuring agents have up-to-date and accurate data
Qualifications:
  1. A valid Real Estate License is required
  2. Sales Experience
  3. Commission opportunity
  4. A valid Drivers License is required
Compensation:

$80,000 - $160,000 at plan commissions
