Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC seeks compassionate individuals to support children under 6 with autism. You will engage in play, help develop communication and social skills, and document progress in a caring, structured setting.

No ABA experience is required initially; we’ll train you. With time, you can pursue RBT certification and earn a pay raise, while enjoying a stable schedule and a supportive team at our Iowa location.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached.
• Reliability and strong follow-through.
• Resilience and compassion on tough days.
• Minimum age 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical readiness to lift up to 35 pounds and move with kids.

Responsibilities

• Work and play 1-on-1 with children under 6 with autism to build skills.
• Use play, connection, and ABA Therapy to help children learn and grow.
• Celebrate and document progress, big and small.
• Create a safe, positive environment for every child you work with.
• Aim to obtain RBT certification within 45 days for a pay raise.
