Job summary

Hopebridge in Kokomo, IN is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support therapy for children with Autism. You will work under BCBA supervision, focusing on skill development, communication, and school readiness.

Position offers paid RBT certification, PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, and a Monday–Friday schedule with opportunities for relocation and professional growth through internal programs.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children
• Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes
• Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan
• Work with children by creating an environment that champions continued skill acquisition and development of functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness
• Celebrate victories (both big and small), help kids and families celebrate milestones, and get more high fives than you've ever thought possible
