Job summary

Heartland ABA in Norwalk, IA is seeking an entry-level Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our compassionate clinical team. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, helping children make progress toward their goals.

No experience? No problem — paid training is provided. A high school diploma and RBT certification are required before working, and you will have the opportunity to grow with our program and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
