Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking an entry-level manufacturing associate to assemble server systems and rack-level products in a production environment in the United States. You will follow instructed procedures, prepare components, and perform assembly on an assembly line, using basic hand tools to install rails and labels.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and typically less than six months of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Typically less than six months of related manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and established work sequences.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, quality, and dependability.
• Preferred qualifications include prior server/electronics/rack-assembly experience and familiarity with basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures and work instructions for unpacking, component preparation, installation, and unit assembly.
• Perform product assembly operations on components, assemblies, or subassemblies on an assembly line.
• Install rails and brackets, using hand tools to complete rack specifications.
• Verify parts and configurations against build documentation.
• Move materials between production, warehouse, and designated areas; participate in packaging and labeling.
• Report material, component, or assembly concerns to the Manufacturing Lead or Supervisor.
