Hyve Solutions in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Cabling Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will prepare, label, route, install, and secure cables within server racks and integrated systems, following rack specifications and quality requirements.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, strong manual dexterity, and the ability to read and follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures, instructions, and sequence of operations for cable preparation, labeling, routing, and installation.
• Identify and label cables for rack specifications using approved cable-labeling equipment.
• Cable racks and server components as assigned.
• Route, dress, connect, and secure cables according to rack layouts and build documentation.
• Verify cable labels, connections, and configurations before advancing the product.
• Support rail installation, rack integration, packaging, and related production activities as required.
• Follow ESD, safety, quality, and housekeeping requirements.
• Report material, configuration, or workmanship concerns to the Manufacturing Lead or Supervisor.
