Milton Martin Toyota in Gainesville, GA is seeking an entry-level Quick Lube Technician to perform routine maintenance, oil changes, and inspections as part of a supportive service team.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with opportunities for training, advancement, and benefits in a full-time role. No prior experience required—training is provided to develop skills in oil changes, filters, tire rotation, and multi-point inspections.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and interest in automotive maintenance.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties including standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine scheduled vehicle maintenance services.
• Complete oil changes, fluid inspections, and fluid replacements.
• Replace oil, engine air, and cabin air filters.
• Rotate tires and inspect tire condition and pressure.
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections (MPI).
• Identify maintenance concerns and communicate recommendations.
• Complete top, middle, and bottom-level maintenance services according to manufacturer standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the service department.
• Properly use and care for dealership tools and equipment.
• Participate in Toyota and Milton Martin Toyota training programs.
• Follow all safety procedures and dealership service standards.
