Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. in San Diego, CA is seeking an Entry Level Quality Inspector I for a 6-month contract. The role is 40 hours per week in the first shift with a pay rate of $20–$25 per hour.

Training hours are 8:30 am–5:00 pm, with start times later adjusted between 6:00 am and 8:30 am and a total 8.5 hours daily. Reliant on US work authorization; travel to local client sites may be required. Primary duties include visual inspection of bottled products, review of batch records, and ensuring

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient computer skills including Word/Excel and email; SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• QA inspection of bottled products, components, and kits.
• Visual inspection to ensure correct volume, labels, batch numbers, and storage temperatures.
• Review batch records and release products to inventory.
• Verify raw material supplier documentation and release to inventory.
• Support internal teams: Operations, Packaging, Production Planning, and Inventory Control.
• Perform temperature monitoring of QA freezers and assist in line clearance.
• Pull and maintain QA retention samples; perform related duties as required.
