Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 2 years related QC or manufacturing experience.
• Basic knowledge of SAP is preferred.
• Experience working in an FDA regulated environment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Inspect production slides, vials, kits, and labels to quality specs.
• Perform incoming inspection and verify sampling plans.
• Work with production to release materials and verify documentation.
• Coordinate QC testing and determine product disposition.
• Identify nonconforming conditions and segregate them.
• Provide basic lab support and handle hazardous waste.
• Maintain retention samples and device history records.
• Follow gowning and PPE procedures for safety.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities (kaizen).
