Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in a quality or manufacturing engineering role.
• Experience with machining or regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of control plans and quality documentation.
• Familiarity with AIAG standards and customer-specific requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Part-Specific Control Plans, aligning with customer requirements and process conditions.
• Monitor ECNs and PCNs to ensure changes are documented within PPAP submissions.
• Ensure control plans align with PFMEA, process flow, and manufacturing practices.
• Support ECN implementation and assess quality impact, launching new PPAP requests when needed.
• Communicate and trace changes across cross-functional teams (NPI, NSI, CPI).
• Review and maintain Design Records for PPAP submission accuracy.
• Coordinate Appearance Approval Reports (AAR) to meet cosmetic and branding requirements.
