Zimmer Biomet is seeking an entry-level Quality Engineer I to assure products meet established requirements through audits, inspections, and testing. You will interact with multiple departments, suppliers, and external experts to implement quality goals.

The role involves formulating procedures, initiating corrective actions, and analyzing data for product and gauge evaluation, with a path toward future development opportunities. A B.S. in engineering or CQE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Formulates procedures, specifications, and standards for Zimmer products and processes.
• Develops and implements corrective/preventative action plans.
• Collects and analyzes data for gauge and product evaluation.
• Identifies critical personnel, gauges, procedures, and materials for new products.
• Ensures suppliers have necessary information and facilities to deliver quality products.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with multiple departments, suppliers and regulatory bodies to meet quality goals.
• Deliver results within deadlines with strong written and oral communication.
• Support audits, inspections, and testing activities to ensure conformance to requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Zimmer Biomet quality systems.
