Job summary

Zimmer Biomet seeks a senior manufacturing engineer to provide engineering services for capital and disposables products, supporting efficient manufacturing and process development.

You will create and maintain controlled documents, lead project plans, and drive equipment qualification, process validation, and line transfers. Collaboration across departments and a focus on lean, Six Sigma, and quality tools will be essential to success.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering with 3-5 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Lean or Six Sigma experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide manufacturing engineering services to support efficient processes.
• Create and maintain controlled documents (prints, procedures, BOMs).
• Lead project plans, schedules, and cross-functional communication.
• Oversee equipment qualification, process validation, and CAPA
• Support line transfers and new product development initiatives
