Job summary

RHI Magnesita N.V. is seeking an Entry-Level Quality Assurance Technician to join our on-site team in Moulton, Alabama. You will inspect raw and in-process materials, document batch processes, and help ensure product quality before shipment.

Responsibilities include performing tests, maintaining accurate records, and supporting safety and 6S initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. High school diploma and basic lab skills required.

Qualifications

• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments proficiently.
• Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced computer skills including Excel and Word.
• Willingness to work any shift and overtime as required.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to stringent safety regulations to ensure a secure work environment.
• Conduct thorough inspections and testing of raw materials, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Perform in-process testing to verify product quality at each production stage.
• Conduct final product testing to confirm adherence to specifications.
• Record test results meticulously and provide required product information.
• Maintain a clean and safe laboratory workspace for accurate testing and analysis.
• Perform daily precast audits, monitor temperatures and flows, and document results.
• Participate in daily 6S standards.
