Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Strong computer skills, MS Office in general, MS Excel specific.
• Ability to read, interpret and comprehend standard BOMs, standard work instructions and procedures.
• GDP documentation practices.
• Basic math calculations (adding/subtracting).
• Lift 25–50 lbs. unassisted.
• English listening and reading required; good written skills.
• Good organizational skills; ability to prioritize.
• Quick learner; can work with minimal supervision; team environment.
• Must meet physical requirements (lifting, standing, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a daily routine to manage workload.
• Proactively learn process and product standards as local SME.
• Identify potential quality issues or opportunities for improvement.
• Research, analyze and report prioritized issues.
• Provide production support to contain and prevent issues.
• Drive root cause corrective action across departments.
• Ensure gauges and calibrations are up to date.
• Keep equipment operational via preventive maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Pass drug test and background screening.
