Entry Level Quality Assurance Analyst (Remote)

H&R Block is a leader in tax preparation and financial services, seeking a Seasonal Quality Assurance Analyst. The role involves ensuring software and hardware meet requirements and contribute to high-quality customer experiences through testing and support.

Responsibilities:

• Write test plans, test cases, use cases, and test strategies following organizational and industry standards
• Create defect reports with reproducible steps and workarounds
• Develop thorough manual test cases based on product knowledge
• Ensure high-quality manual testing that exercises product functionality efficiently
• Utilize test automation where appropriate to enhance testing
• Execute functional tests and automated test scripts
• Contribute to requirements review and provide feedback based on customer needs
• Plan and communicate personal deliverables and goals
• Support end-to-end product testing focusing on customer experience
• Handle escalated support cases to ensure customer satisfaction
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical support issues via phone, chat, or remote access
