Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh and mix test materials per formulas.
• Prepare test samples using lab equipment (2-roll mills, extruders, injection molders).
• Record and enter test results with accuracy.
• Communicate results and observations to QC Lead or team.
• Maintain clean, safe lab and equipment; follow PPE and SOPs.
• Perform Melt Flow and physical tests to validate product performance.
