Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP and regulatory accounting practices (USoA).
• Experience auditing and examining accounting/financial records.
• Good written and oral communication skills for regulatory matters.
• Ability to build cooperative relationships with regulators, utilities, and officials.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and audit financial transactions and rate filings.
• Write testimony, affidavits, and supporting schedules for regulatory matters.
• Compile, monitor and audit financial/program information for accuracy.
• Present summaries/testimony to management, stakeholders and Commissions.
• Prepare and present financial analyses and cost studies.
