The role involves assisting staff, setting up therapeutic modalities, and handling administrative duties under supervision of therapists and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist all clinic personnel by providing clinic and front-office support
• Provide therapeutic modality setups upon the direction of the therapy staff
• Perform various administrative tasks (such as filing, scanning, answering phones)
• Handle laundry, stocking exam rooms, ordering, and inventory
• Perform other tasks as needed under close supervision by physical & occupational therapists, therapy assistants, and patient service representatives
