Job summary

Park 66 Corporation is seeking a friendly Marketing & Promotions Assistant to join our Phoenix team. This entry-level, on-site role focuses on representing brands at events and engaging with customers in a fast-paced environment.

You'll support campaigns, welcome customers, explain promotions, and help set up displays while collaborating with a dynamic on-site team. No prior marketing experience required, training provided, with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No previous marketing experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Must be available to work on-site in Phoenix.

Responsibilities

• Assist with in-person promotional campaigns and community events
• Welcome customers and create positive interactions
• Explain products, services, and current promotions to customers
• Support promotional activities at retail locations and special events
• Help prepare promotional materials and event displays
• Assist with setting up and breaking down promotional areas
• Work alongside the team to achieve daily campaign goals
• Maintain a professional and energetic presence at all assigned events
