Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or related field
• Up to two years of project coordination/management experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Clear written and verbal communication with cross-functional updates
• Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with PM tools (MS Project/Smartsheet)
• Ability to collaborate across Design Eng., Manufacturing Eng., Supply Chain, and Operations

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal Beacon execution projects across Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones
• Track tasks, deliverables, deadlines; flag risks and delays
• Schedule and lead cross-functional meetings; publish notes and action items
• Monitor task completion and keep projects on track
• Maintain project documentation per requirements
• Identify resource needs and constraints across functions
• Prepare regular project status updates; elevate issues as needed
• Support process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
