Project Manager – Epic

Location: Madison, WI (relocation assistance provided).

Project Management Responsibilities:

• Lead software installations and ensure the success of new Epic users across the United States and abroad.
• Present to hospital leadership, coordinate end‑user training, and provide comprehensive support as providers go live with our software.
• Drive impactful projects to improve patient care in healthcare organizations.
• Travel across the US (and abroad if interested) as part of a team that guides installations and onboarding.
• No prior software experience required.

Key Clients:

• Top‑ranked health systems such as Mayo Clinic, Johns Hopkins, Cleveland Clinic, Kaiser Permanente.
• Leading academic medical centers including the University of Wisconsin, University of Michigan, University of California, University of Texas, Ohio State University, and many more.
