Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years estimating experience in GC or subcontracting.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, MEP, civil, and structural drawings.
• Experience with commercial and industrial fit-out projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets and detailed proposals for commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Analyze drawings and specifications to determine project scope and pricing strategy.
• Perform quantity take-offs and develop pricing using internal data and subcontractor quotations.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids, ensuring alignment with project requirements and scope.
