• Valid driver's license.
• Full-time, on-site in Salt Lake City office, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interpretation projects from start to finish under Head of Interpretation Solutions.
• Communicate with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate interpreters for virtual, hybrid, and in-person assignments and events.
• Recruit and build relationships with interpreters and language professionals.
• Prepare quotes and follow up with clients.
• Maintain project information in CRM and business management systems.
• Work with sales, technology, and operations teams to improve processes.
