Job summary

Merkle Schweiz, a dentsu company, offers an entry-level, full-time immersive program with hybrid and remote options. You will own project administration for a set of accounts, set up projects in internal systems, and monitor data and health of engagements while reporting to leadership.

You will work with Finance and Resource Management, gain practical industry experience, and have potential for a full-time permanent role based on performance and availability.

Qualifications

• Entry level, 0-3 years working in a digital environment.
• Recent graduate or career changer looking to enter a new industry; no prior professional experience required.
• Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal communication skills, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft products i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams
• Strong attention to detail
• Enjoys working independently

Responsibilities

• Own project administration for a set of accounts.
• In partnership with Finance and Resource Management, complete the project set up process in Merkle’s internal systems.
• Ensure project data is kept up to date based on project contracts and changes in the engagement over the life of the project.
• Conduct reporting on project health.
• Any other reasonable or necessary activity required by leadership
