Our Business Area Roof is the global market leader for sunroofs, panoramic roofs, and convertible roofs, offering roof solutions with true added value. As roof specialists, we also provide customized and innovative solutions that meet the highest quality standards for electric mobility, the future of autonomous driving, and the use of solar energy.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Train, develop, monitor, and evaluate subordinate colleagues
• Monitor changeover and/or line setup efficiency
• Prepare line setups for following shifts, including first piece buyoffs
• Interface with Production Scheduling to determine schedules for shift production and ensure schedule adherence
• Coordinate with Human Resources on policy and discipline issues

• College degree in Management, Business, or a Technical field preferred
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience in an automotive/manufacturing environment
• Excellent people skills required
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work long hours as necessary
