Job summary

Ocean Spray is hiring Entry-Level Production Resources Technicians for day and night shifts at our Wisconsin Rapids Production Plant. The role offers a starting wage of $22.50/hour plus a $1.25/hour night shift differential, with opportunities to move into higher paying roles.

This is a full-time, year-round position on a 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule (4:00 pm–4:00 am or 4:00 am–4:00 pm), with every other weekend off.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Must be able to write simple correspondence.
• Able to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Basic arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Able to work with units such as weight, volume and distance.
• Ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions.
• Able to solve problems with a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Commitment to Plant Safety, GMPs and Operating guidelines.
• Willing to work a 12‑hour shift and assist on other shifts as needed.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, clean and sanitation of the facility and equipment (hosing floors, sweeping spills).
• Screen final product to ensure no foreign material; create appropriate documentation.
• Operate extraction, infusion, filtering, and packaging equipment.
• Perform quality tests.

This is a full‑time, year‑round position on a 12‑hour 2‑2‑3 schedule (4:00 pm–4:00 am or 4:00 am to 4:00 pm), which means you get Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off every other week.

You’ll work indoors in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment making Sweetened Dried Cranberries (Craisins) with a team that values growth and stability.

Position Overview:

Primary responsibilities include maintaining, cleaning and sanitation of the facility and equipment (hosing floors, sweeping spills, etc.).
