Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to production and inventory control functions.
• Review completed sales orders for accuracy and expedite paperwork related to sales orders.
• Contact vendors to confirm on-time delivery dates.
• Maintain files and records of suppliers, materials, prices, and inventories.
• Prepare materials and supplies purchase orders and analyze quotes.
• Process change orders and notify vendors of revisions and rate adjustments.
• Provide data to forecast estimates and schedules of goods in process.
• Assist with maintaining records of in-house and on-order material.
