Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. is seeking a manufacturing associate for the day shift at our Martinsburg, WV site. You will visually inspect extruded products, ensure packing accuracy, and prepare cartons for shipping while following safety and quality standards.

The role requires reliability, basic reading/writing, and ability to lift up to 86 lbs. Benefits start day 1 and the schedule is a 2-2-3 rotation with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Able to read, write and perform basic math as job duties require
• Must possess common sense, positive attitude, and demonstrate excellent attendance
• Ability to lift up to 86lbs on a continual basis and move heavy objects safely

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect extruded product for appearance and size defects according to specifications
• Conduct recurrent tests/inspections of products’ features and measurements
• Notify supervisors of product defects and quality issues
• Assemble cartons for packaging and ensure proper packing patterns
• Maintain accurate line packaging-related paperwork and records
• Assist with production line changes and housekeeping duties
