Aerotek is seeking General Production Workers for an on-site role in Columbia, MO. This contract-to-hire position offers 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts and pays $15.00 to $16.00 per hour, with opportunities to learn various manufacturing processes and advance based on performance.

Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required, making it a great entry point into hands-on production and machine operation roles.

Responsabilités

• Operate manufacturing and assembly equipment.
• Assemble plastic components and finished products.
• Load and unload production machinery.
• Inspect finished parts for defects and quality issues.
• Trim, package, and label finished products.
• Prepare completed products for shipment.
• Monitor equipment and report machine or production issues.
• Complete required production documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow established safety and quality procedures.
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
