Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing is helpful but not required.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts.
• Willing to learn multiple processes and equipment.
• Strong attention to quality and safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machines used to manufacture plastic bags and packaging products.
• Learn multiple production processes and equipment throughout the facility.
• Set up and operate converting equipment, including printing presses, slitters, and bag machines.
• Produce finished products that meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Verify product quality and identify printing or manufacturing defects.
• Operate blown film extrusion equipment to produce plastic film products.
• Monitor production runs and make adjustments to maintain product specifications.
• Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Follow GMP, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and production goals.
