Georgia-Pacific in Diboll, Texas is seeking entry-level Production workers for our lumber facility. You will join a collaborative team to perform manual tasks safely and support lumber production while upholding quality standards.

The role involves rotating 12-hour shifts (days and nights) with overtime as needed, and operating equipment such as forklifts and front-end loaders. A strong safety mindset is essential in this high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a manufacturing, military, industrial, farming, agriculture, landscaping, carpentry, mechanical, or construction environment.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, safety-focused setting.
• Willingness to learn multiple production tools and operate various equipment.

Responsibilities

• Work rotating shifts of up to 12 hours a day.
• Work any shift, holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Maintain safety rules and wear PPE.
• Operate equipment including forklifts, front-end loaders, air lances, chainsaws, and other mill tools.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace in assigned areas.
• Cross-train on production equipment to fill in for others.
• Work in challenging environments with heat, cold, dust, noise, and humidity.
