Carlo’s Bakery, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Production Associate to join our Jersey City team. Walk-in interviews are welcome at 631 Grove St. The role involves GMP adherence, assisting in production, and operating pallet jacks and packaging machinery.

No prior experience is required and you must be 18 years or older. The position offers steady shifts typical of bakery production and opportunities to grow with the company.

Responsabilités

• Strictly adhere to GMP & safety protocols.
• Assist with general production under a supervisor.
• Use pallet jacks to transport pallets of raw ingredients to production lines.
• Feed cakes into automated machinery.
• Place finished cakes into automated packaging machines.
• Stack cases from lines onto pallets.
• Operate stretch-wrap machines to secure finished pallets.
• Use pallet jacks to safely load finished pallets into shipping trailers.
• Organize and set up station.
• Follow sanitation protocol to clean as you go and clean equipment after use.
• Assist with packing baked goods to be delivered to store locations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Other duties assigned by the Production Manager.

Shifts: Monday - Saturday (6:00am - 3:00pm) , (3:00pm - 1:00am)
