Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
• 3+ months of Engineering experience (internships, co-ops, or lab work) preferred.
• Strong ability to translate consumer needs into technical specs.
• Ability to develop verification, validation, and testing plans.

Responsibilities

• Support Category Roadmap & Architecture Strategy for Espresso products.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear engineering specifications.
• Lead technical target setting through benchmarking and testing.
• Develop verification, validation, and compliance plans for system-level requirements.
• Drive cross-functional trade-offs to meet cost, quality and schedule.
• Lead design reviews and manage advanced development projects.
