Figma is seeking a Designer Advocate based in San Francisco to partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams, bringing deep design expertise and a passion for the design community to go-to-market strategies that shape our product evolution.

Based in our SF hub, you will build certification and enablement programs for partner networks, nurture strategic relationships, and craft content to showcase workflows, integrations, and best practices that accelerate adoption.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise with Figma in product teams and bringing ideas from exploration to high-impact outcomes.
• Strong understanding of modern product design workflows and design systems.
• Ability to translate technical design decisions into practical development outcomes and present to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build, evolve, and deliver certification programs and enablement for partner networks to drive adoption of Figma best practices.
• Cultivate relationships with strategic partners and identify opportunities for mutual success.
• Create written, visual, and video content that demonstrates workflows and integrations and educates customers.
