As a new graduate, you will help streamline order fulfillment, ensure compliance with company terms, and contribute to risk assessments while maintaining strong vendor communication to meet delivery expectations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field, or recent graduate.
• Familiarity with procurement concepts and supplier evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Procure material, equipment, supplies, services, and commodity products.
• Evaluate cost and analyze supplier bids to attain best overall value.
• Negotiate price, delivery, and quality of products/services and determine supplier selections.
• Track all Purchase Orders through reports and resolve issues with receiving/accounting.
• Manage supplier relationships through the acquisition process.
• Assess supplier capabilities and participate in risk assessments.
