• Oversee multiple phases of assigned engineering projects to meet quality, time, and cost targets.
• Prepare schedules and cost estimates, compile required data, and write appropriation requests.
• Communicate engineering information clearly among team members.
• Follow Pella Project Management, Safety, Continuous Improvement and Quality Systems in project execution.
• Investigate project requirements and develop economical solutions within personnel and environmental considerations.
• Projects and tasks are assigned by supervisor; entry-level role within a team environment.
• May supervise non-exempt and hourly employees.
• Apply engineering skills to conventional tasks and begin to develop competency across multiple technologies.
• Evaluate and apply standard engineering techniques with minor adaptations and clear objectives.
