Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a manufacturing operator in Salem, VA to operate and monitor production machinery. You will participate in basic setup, calibration, and maintenance tasks while following safety and quality standards.

In this role you will load components, inspect parts, read manuals, document processes to ensure conformance, and participate in routine maintenance. Experience is not required; 0-1 year operating machinery in manufacturing is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Reads and follows operating manuals, maintenance instructions and procedures.
• Inspects parts visually and dimensionally to assure conformance to requirements.
• Follows established documentation for product manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints and work with small precision parts.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Company Core Beliefs and all safety and quality requirements.
• Operates machinery used in the manufacture of products with close supervision.
• May be involved in the basic set-up and/or calibration of equipment.
• Loads component materials into product specific tools and/or performs finishing operations.
• Reads and follows operating manuals, maintenance instructions and procedures.
• Inspects parts visually and dimensionally to assure conformance to requirements.
• Follows established documentation for product manufacturing.
• Cleans and maintains machinery as necessary.
• Performs other functions as required.
