Job summary

Coho Consulting Group in Arlington, VA is seeking a Junior/Entry-Level Power Platform Developer to support Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), FSD by delivering Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse solutions. This hybrid role requires onsite support at the Pentagon in Arlington 2–3 days per week and reports to the Program Manager.

Compensation ranges from $89,000 to $100,000 USD annually. Ideal candidates have foundational software development, databases, or Microsoft 365 experience and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in IT/CS/analytics or related field.
• 1–3 years with software development concepts, databases, or Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with Power Platform components: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.
• Understanding relational databases such as SQL Server/Dataverse; Office 365 integration.

Responsibilities

• Assist with designing, configuring, and building Power Apps to modernize processes.
• Develop basic automated workflows with Power Automate for notifications and approvals.
• Configure data structures and security in Dataverse and SharePoint.
• Provide initial technical support for Power Platform apps and workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and improve processes.
• Assist with M365 integration and maintain documentation for designs and logic.
