Sinomax USA is hiring for a Pour Line Operator (Entry Level) to support foam production on the pour line. This role involves visual inspections, gauge monitoring, film changes, and manual duties to ensure quality and quotas.

The position requires willingness to work as part of a team or independently, with training provided. Candidates must pass annual respirator fit testing and work in a facility with chemicals, adhering to safety policies and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong command of English and ability to read, write, and comprehend information, reports, instructions, and correspondence.
• Math skills: adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing in all units of measure.
• Reasoning ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed written or oral instructions and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement all directives for Pour Line Production in a positive and professional manner.
• Safely load, unload, and transfer chemicals from totes and drums to holding tanks for production.
• Monitor valves, gauges, and pumps.
• Communicate effectively with employees, managers, customers, vendors, and other departments.
• Make sound decisions and adapt to changing needs.
• Meet company standards and follow safety policies.
• Perform duties efficiently for the long-term success of the company.
• Treat all materials, equipment, procedures, and training as confidential and proprietary information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
